To do our best work, we only take on a select number of clients every year in a full-service capacity, which enables us to pull out all the stops to create an absolutely breathtaking event.

Our approach to your wedding planning process will be thoughtful and dedicated to making sure we deliver you an experience, unlike any other. We will be integrally involved in all aspects of bringing your perfect wedding day together from concept to completion. This includes but is not limited to: logistics, planning, design, and execution.   • Q. What happens after I inquire?

    First, we will set up a quick phone call to chat so that we can simply learn more about each other! We want you to have the opportunity to get to know Courtney, our business, and what you can expect when you choose to work with our team. We’d also love the opportunity to learn more about you as a couple and what sort of service you might be looking for. From there, if both sides feel it is a good fit, we’ll meet up for a complimentary one-hour meeting to dive into your wedding details; we’ll discuss your vision and how we feel we can help execute it.

  • Q. What does your Full-Service planning include?

    Short Answer: We will do whatever you need us to do that falls under the wedding umbrella to make this an experience of a lifetime.

    Long Answer: Here are a few of the tasks we’ve taken part in with our clients:

    Engagement Announcements, Engagement Party Planning, Wedding Budget, Wedding Concept Design, Wedding Website, Venue Scouting, Guest List Management, Save the Dates, Vendor Selection, Décor and Rentals, Stationery Design, Bachelor/Bachelorette Planning, Pre-Post Wedding Events, Wedding Rehearsal Coordination, Day-of Execution, Honeymoon Planning… and the list could go on!

  • Q. Who will we be working with?

    You will work with Courtney throughout the entire process to ensure a fully personalized and comprehensive experience that is tailored to your needs. On the day-of, Courtney and our talented team of event coordinators and assistants will be onsite to make sure the day runs effortlessly for you and your guests!

  • Q. What does an average CEE wedding cost? Do you have a budget that you typically work with?

    This is always a difficult answer because every wedding is so unique and therefore, so is every budget. We’d say that to start, it depends on your guest count; a wedding for 30 is a lot different than a wedding for 300. After considering all factors (i.e., guest count, venue, location, menu selection, florals, entertainment, and specific design style) most of our couples spend anywhere from $400-800+ per person.

  • Q. How do you create a budget for our wedding?

    Your wedding will cost as much as you want it to. We know that weddings are a huge investment, and we will always treat your money as if it were our own. We will never spend more than is necessary. Instead, we will help you understand how much it costs to create the experience you’re looking for. Since most couples have no idea what the wedding of their dreams might actually cost, we are here to provide you the knowledge and guidance you need to make the right decisions along the way. Some of our clients come to us with a budget and then we set expectations and create within these parameters. Others prefer to create the event first and just keep an eye on the expected cost throughout the process. Regardless we can help to provide you with various projections to help you choose how you want to allocate your budget.

  • Q. What are your fees?

    Because we work with such a limited number of couples each year, we coordinate our pricing based solely on the scope of work that needs to be done for your event. After our initial meeting, we’ll have a good feel for the scope of work required for your celebration and will provide you a proposal with a flat fee listed for our services.

    Should the scope of work exceed the original parameters we agree upon in the proposal through our planning process (i.e., you as the client determine that the guest count or budget will be going up or that your event will be in a different city) we will charge a management fee of 15% for the additional spend.

    Rest assured that we will be extremely transparent with your investment throughout the entire planning process and no decisions will be made without your approval and consent!
